No. It runs entirely in the background and reads copies of your data and logs. It never sits between your users and your model.
Any meaningful move away from your baseline: input data changing shape, outputs getting worse on your benchmark, accuracy dropping for a user segment, or an agent behaving differently than it did when you shipped it.
It helps, but it isn't required. If you don't have one, EagleaAI builds a baseline from your first week of production traffic and the outputs you approve.
Logs are encrypted in transit and at rest, and you choose how long we keep them. Sensitive fields can be redacted before they leave your system, and the Scale plan can run fully self-hosted.
Any model you can log inputs and outputs for: hosted LLM APIs, open-source models, classic ML models and agent frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
